A native of Washington, builder by trade, I was taken by surprise when I discovered my ability to create paintings in oil.  I pay particular attention to the colors and textures of everything around me and have been so gratified to be able to share what I see in my art.  My paintings embody the passion I feel for my subject.  I have enjoyed painting architectural subjects as well as figurative, still life and landscapes. 

I am also a member of the Whidbey Allied Arts Club.  I have shown my work at Seaside Art Gallery, LaConner, WA.  I am currently showing my artwork in the new “Thrive” fitness center in Oak Harbor and have also been a part of the Giclee’ Art Show sponsored by Fine Balance Imaging in Langley, Wa.
